We coordinate directly with the gym to schedule organized photo days. Athletes or parents sign up for a time slot in advance, and sessions are kept short and efficient so they do not disrupt training. Galleries are delivered privately after the session.
What types of photography do you offer?
We offer academy portrait days, belt promotion and stripe ceremonies, competition photography, and gym marketing imagery. Each service is designed to fit naturally into the academy environment and culture.
How long does it take to receive photos?
Most galleries are delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the size of the event. Competition galleries may take slightly longer due to volume, but delivery timelines are always communicated clearly.
Can athletes purchase additional images?
Yes. Each package includes a set number of edited images. Additional digital images or print products can be purchased directly through the online gallery after delivery.
How are gyms involved in the process?
We partner directly with academies to ensure the experience is smooth and aligned with their culture. Gyms help communicate photo days and events, while we handle scheduling, payment, photography, and delivery.
Does this cost the gym anything?
No. Our services are designed to be optional and low-risk for academies. In many cases, gyms receive a revenue share from booked sessions without any upfront cost or added administrative work.
